Something to remind me during these cold winterperiode that summer is halfway 2020 ;-)
Happy New Year to all!
Please remember that this recipe is been made to my liking.
As a mixer you should taste the recipe and adjust the quantity of aromas and sweetness to your liking. I just provide the necessary building blocks.
A fresh honeydew forward melon soda for y'alls!
FLV Citrus Soda the only flavor that gives me that "fizzy" feeling. I usually think it needs some help from another tangy lemon lime flavor, but here I opted to use FLV Lemonade instead, to kind of sweeten it, rather than making it pop. I think it works great together with the melons, as they are so sweet, so the sweeter citruses blends great.
FLV Wild Melon is just an incredible flavor by itself, a blend of many different melons all mashed together. I opted to make the honeydew part even more prominent by adding FLV Honeydew, which can be a bit thick if you use it too high, but at 1% I think it does just what it should here, add even more of that great honeydew flavor.
FLV Cucumber was just some experiment I did, but I think it turned out great, as this flavor in particular has a quite distinct almost salty cucumber note to it, and cucumber/melons are a well known pairing. It's used relatively low here, so you have to look for it to taste it, but I think it adds a great juicyness and complexity to the whole mix.
WS-23 for cooling, as a soda should be cold! This is optional though, and use at your own prefered percentage, but I highly recommend it.
Smooth Moves (Tropical Smoothie)
Mmm… just one drag on my vaper, and I feel like I’m on a warm beach somewhere! This smoothie makes me FEEL like I’m somewhere on a tropical island. A man can dream, right?
If there was ever a smoothie vape that tasted like summer, this one is it for me. I’m calling it “tropical” because this smoothie mix is based on the wonderfully new flavour from Flavorah 'FLV Smoothie Base' and is packed with bold and flavourful fruits and a little sweet cream.
• FLV Smoothie Base, a slightly lemon-ish fruit smoothie base, a perfect base to start with as the main building block for this smoothie recipe.
• FLV Banana, fresh candy like taste at the early days of steep, once steeped out it grows to a fully ripe banana.
• FVL Blood Orange, a sweet orange with a slight flesh hint and some juiciness to it.
• FLV Honeydew, It's a great honeydew flavour with a sun ripe melon, very smooth and bold giving the recipe a light with a soft rind aroma. Perfect in this mix.
• FLV Jackfruit, has ripe melon-like notes with a tropical punch baseline, it taste like a pineapple without been a pineapple.
• FLV Sweet Cream, milky with a hint of coconut milk, a milk note that perfectly adds creaminess to the whole recipe. The cream will bring out the smoothie taste even more.
• FLV Wild Melon, a candy-like melon flavour with a tropical pallet, perfectly for this recipe, use in small quantities because its a strong aroma!
• FLV Sweetness, is a flavourless sweetness enhancer. It will not gunk coils like other sweeteners.
Steep: 4 to 7 day's to blend the aromas, 14 day's or more and it just get smoother and seems to change into a fuller and smoother and rich smoothie.
Been on the shelf for almost 2 months, no degradation in taste.
Start your day by vaping this delicious tropical smoothie mix.
This is my al-day vape for weeks now, really wanted to share this.
So a little cocktail for St Paddy day! this is a sweet and slightly tart cocktail based on a Midori melon ball. On the inhale you get that bright citrus note followed by the sweet honeydew and bit of sweet warmth added from the bourbon. Good on an RDA at 60 watts after a 3 - 4 day steep. NOTE This grows a bit and the honeydew really comes forward after a day or so, so give it at least 3 days before deciding if you want to change anything to suit your taste
For the melon - FLV honeydew is the main note - it is a sweet almost creamy type of honeydew it is full body and has a slight syrup/ sticky sweetness note to it and seems to grow over time this need to be balanced with some wild melon and melon rind to add some more wetness of a cocktail
For the sweet and sour mixer i used a combination of citrus soda which to me is very much like a sprite soda with a lemon/lime main note - it is bright, front forward and also seems to grow.. Blood orange which brings a nice bright citrus sweetness along with some tartness and helps filling the middle a bit finally apple sour which is a sweet and sour candy syrup like note. This contrast is needed to create balance in a handcrafted cocktail.
Bourbon is used low here for some warm notes as you would expect in an alcohol beverage - but it is not booze . it also add some darker sweet notes to contrast some of the brighter top notes
SWEETENER: I added sweetness to mine at .5% as I like that additional sweetness which midori has but it is really not needed as the honeydew is pretty sweet on its own
YAYY!! Its FLV release day! In honor of these marvelous & potent new concentrates, I present this all-Flavorah recipe called "Melrose"!!
A creamy melon mix with the right touch of rind to make it extremely authentic and "fresh" tasting. Rose Essence really distinguishes this mix from other fruit mixes & tastes like it was created for the sole purpose of living amongst the melons.
FLV Honeydew has got to be the best fresh Honeydew on the market. These new FLV concentrates are potent, so low percentages are a must.
FLV Cantaloupe is added both for creaminess & for filling out the Honeydew in terms of body.
FLV Watermelon was included here to bring out that "fresh fruit salad" flavor. This flavoring isnt very potent. But regardless, I kept it low so as to not take the spotlight away from the honeydew.
FLV Wild Melon I never get sick of this flavoring. Very fresh tasting and not too strong at this percentage.
FLV Rose Essence and FLV Melon Rind: Let me start out by saying that I despise florals. I've just never appreciated them. But, FLV's Rose Essense seems to have infused itself inside of the rind layer somehow. Combined, they also produce a "wet" feel. The mixture of these two concentrates is...magical.
FLV Sweetness is the best sweetener for this mix.
1 day steep
...as a side note, these new flavors are so "buildable" that the only limit to their use is your own imagination. Seriously...they all seem to bring something new & unique to the table. I'm still experimenting but so far, I am really enjoying creating new and exciting combos!

E-JuiceMakers One Shots
This is a must mix if you like melon. FLV honeydew is the absolute best melon! if you like strong melon snv. after day 1 it mellows out and turns into this beautiful honeydew melon inhale that is a full mouth full of pear and berry melon. it's like a burst of wonderful and I feel it's one of my best mixes so far!! you comments are appreciated and I hope you enjoy 😍😍
I would like to thank @Tam_vapes for the beautiful picture!
It's Gin, it's lemon lime soda, it's melon balls.... Adjusted the recipe slightly since it's steeped. The gin seemed to fall back just a bit more than I wanted it too after it steeped so I added just a tad more, and the citrus soda also fell back a bit more than I wanted so I added a touch more of that. Lowered the sweetener a tad too as that popped out more than I wanted after it steeped.
Everything else in the recipe has stayed the same. I just ignored the cucumber element in this picture as to me it is just decoration and probably didn't add anything to the actual drink. lol Overall without the sweetener (a version I made for myself) I enjoy this quite a bit as a gin drinker myself. The alcohol notes are pretty subtle which in a soda drenched drink it wouldn't be slap you in the face alcoholic anyway. I'm sure VTA Botanical Gin or FA Gin could also be added into this if you want a little more of an alcohol note, but personally I didn't want that. While you could sub the FLV gin for FA gin, it will be a little less aromatic in terms of gin, and a little more alcoholic, and I'd probably turn up the percentage a tad with FA gin. VTA Botanical could also be subbed but I'd probably turn the percentage down a bit from the FLV amount as it's a tad more aromatic. FLV is just somewhere in between.
You can mix without sweetener and get a good result, but for more of an authentic soda type feel to it sweetener works better. I picked PUR over the other sweeteners because it is strong and not drying, so it doesn't take away from the wetness of the drink.
