A Salted Caramel Cheesecake with some hidden cookie dough chunks. Mixed for Fresh03's Mixathon
I have finally done it. I started DIY 5 years ago and have been trying and trying to create the perfect cookie dough ice cream.
Here it is!!
I have to thank, and give an honourable mention to ID10T for his superb recipe Longing. This gave me the perfect Vanilla Ice Cream. Honeysuckle really does work its magic in this recipe.
Also Wayne Walker, for his more recent attempt of a cookie dough, utilising Flavorah Cookie.
I use TPA VBIC, FA Cream Fresh and TPA Honeysuckle to create a fine ice cream base.
Then with FLV Cookie, FLV Cookie Dough, VT Devon Cream, INW Shisha Vanilla and FW Hazelnut I create a fantastic cookie dough base.
I tried the recipe with just Ethyl Maltol but it lacked the sweetness you get in the cookie dough ice cream.
I then tried it with just Super Sweet, but some bakery notes were lost.
With a small combination of the two, the perfect balance was found.
Do try and give the recipe a good 5 days for all the flavours to combine together and settle.

This is a creamy cheesecake base with notes of dark chocolate chips on the exhale , and a buttery bakery finish
This is a bit of a stepper at least 7 days . tested on a relaod S RDA .16 alien coli at .16 ohm
Inw yes we can cheesecake and Custard premium create a full almost whipped cream cheese mouth feel, like a Philadelphia cream cheese with some buttery notes from custard
Toasted marshmallow creates some intrinsic dark sweetness and mouth feel
Dark chocolate creates a semi sweet chocolate note on the exhale of this mix
The pastry for this mix is provided by the cookie dough , sugar cookie and cookie to bring a light buttery bakery finish.
This a buttery soft centered snickerdoodle type cookie filled with a creamy vanilla fudge
The cookie base is made with Snickedoodle by LB which by itself is a solid cookie flavor, JF biscut was added for a bit of texture and buttery notes . FLV cookie dough creates that soft cookie center very well.
White fudge by CC is a fantastic flavor and can be vaped all on its own it is sweet and creamy and spot on the vanilla marshmallow was added for some body and mouth feel
Macadamia nut and Almond were added for some texture on the back end of the mix along with some buttery notes that come through with the macadamia nut

This one benefits from a good steep, good after 2 weeks, awesome after a month or longer.........
FA Dark Bean combined with FLV Cookie Dough becomes a coffee flavor with dark and deep Espresso notes
and most important without the burnt ash notes that usually come with FA Dark Bean Espresso.
FW Butterscotch Ripple & TPA Caramel Oringinal my fav caramel combo.
FA Cream Fresh brings some creamyness to the party.
FLV Milk & Honey blends it all together.
Super sweet to taste...... but I like my Macchiato sweet...........

These soft cookies have been a favorite of mine during the winter months. I used these delicious deli cookies from the local Starbucks for development reference. Ok firstly, This has been a tedious profile to tackle. As we probably all know pumpkin is evasive, and often, it's downright deplorable. Going through a gauntlet of pumpkin flavorings I finally landed on a combination of FLV Pumpkin Spice + TPA Pumpkin. Hangsen's Pumpkin Pie proved to be insanely weak during testing, not to mention a bit cloying after a steep when I attempted to push the flavor ceiling. I don't get why it's being recommended by so many. Maybe I'm just not handling it right. 🤷♂️
■ CAP Sugar Cookie + FLV Cookie Dough: The deli cookie style I referenced was a pumpkin glazed sugar cookie so it only made sense to use CAP Sugar Cookie. The inclusion of FLV Cookie Dough helps soften the crispness since I wanted a fluffier texture.
■ FLV Pumpkin Spice: This contributes more spice than anything. The pumpkin note is a bit light in the background.
■ TPA Pumpkin: This is the meat of the profile. (Pun intended) TPA Pumpkin lives up to it's name. It's straight pumpkin. When used in lower ratios it provides an authentic meaty canned pumpkin without sweetener. SFT with this concentrate was not enjoyable. However, when it's mixed with just the right level of spices and components it tag teams surprisingly well. I got this concentrate in specifically for this recipe task. While not incredibly versatile, After trial testing I can certainly recommend it for recipes you may be striving for of this nature.
■ CAP Butter Cream: Cookies need butter right? Beyond that it helps impart further fluff and a waxy texture comparable to cookies.
■ FA Vanilla Classic: Comparative to the darker vanilla extract we've come to know in northern america as the "bakery vanilla". This simply helps to attribute to the overall bakery experience while adding some contrast to the meaty pumpkin.
■ FA Meringue: Another mouthfeel component, but also serves to further "moisten" the cookie.
■ CAP Super Sweet: While not wanting to go overboard, I felt the profile needed a sweetness boost being that this is a dessert recipe.
