A thick, rich, sweet, smooth, full bodied mouthfull of lemon meringue cheesecake perfection without the crust, because why have anything but the best part of the cheesecake in the recipe.
To be honest I'm not even sure how or why I chose the ingredients I did for this. I sat in front of my mixing station one day, looked at my flavors and figured these would make what I wanted and they did, and spot on at that. The only tweaks I made were with the %s on the CAP Lemon Meringue Pie by upping it slightly from the original amount and the same goes for the CAP NY Cheesecake. And to make a note on the V2 selection. There is no shortness of body in this recipe, nor are there any strange off notes due to the use of the V2s. To be completely honest these two V2 purchases were made when I first started mixing and never used until now or anywhere else in my mixing. They did the trick perfectly here though without a doubt.

This is a delicious super flavorful lemon vape. The lemon needs about 5 days to mellow out, but once its steeped its the perfect balance IMO
The crust base uses INW Biscuit and pastry zest (Which carries a nice lemon note)
The lemon base uses WF Lemon squares, another delish flavor, along with FE Lemon and cap lemon meringue pie.
Fa Custard premium brings it all together.
Feel free to leave out the super sweet if thats not your thing, but I feel it contributes to the recipe and makes everything pop

To me this is a balanced, sweet, slightly lemony Torrone Nougat.
Torrone @ 1.5: I wanted to push the flavor for as much as I could get from it while keeping the whole recipe sweet and smooth.
Almond(FA): the Torrone nougat has almonds in it and the chewy candy is actually a candied almond paste.
Marzipan(INW): I use Marzipan because of how it enhances the Almond flavor.
Cream Fresh (FA) and Meringue (TPA): when used at same percentages they infuse a "Wetness" to the overall flavor, in addition to their creaminess. Additionally, I wanted TPA Meringue for the sweet powdered sugar properties that it would bring to this candy nougat.
Lemon Meringue Pie V2 (CAP): This was just a stroke of genius, a hunch, whatever you call it, but I was toying with this recipe using Toffees and had an "AHA" moment , … so I tried it and I liked it....
Vienna Cream (FA) : Vienna cream adds to that creamy punch needed to balance the nuttiness of Torrone
Vanilla Swirl (TPA): Again to add dimension to the creaminess and hopefully, at 2 %, add some chewiness to the recipe.

This recipe was inspired by the classic "Gogurt". Rich creamy yogurt with mixed berries and lemons. This mix will make you love something creamy and fruity in your mouth
(CAP) Bavarian Cream:
I used Bavarian Cream from Capella instead of TFA is I get a subtle brown sugar note that didnt match this profile. However Capella's Bavarian Cream is very creamy like it's counter part just no brown sugar note.
(JF) Forest Mix:
Ive been loving this flavor its a very vibrant mixed berry profile and works well other flavor profiles. You can use this in bakeries, creams and maybe even drinks such as lemonades. I would not go no higher than 3% in a mix imo.
(CAP) Greek Yogurt:
Oh man, what a nice yogurt with a wonderful texture. Capella has done a wonderful job on this one. It's an amazing creamy flavor that will help in a ice cream, custards and of course yogurts. This this is the main profile in this mix I used this at a higher percentage. However, if your your using this just to give a recipe more texture or complex I would keep this in the 1 - 2.5% range.
(CAP) Juicy Lemon:
Ok, this is a new flavor for me. I get what the name states a juicy lemon zest. (LMAO) This will help give a fruit mix more vibrancy or in this case give your lemon profile more depth to the other lemon.
(CAP) Lemon Meringue Pie v2:
I like the V1 and the V2 for diffrent reasons. In the version 2 I get more of the cream base of pie compared to V1. This is still a lovely concentate nonetheless. Capella's Lemon Meringue with the Juicy Lemon makes a lovely pair in a mix.
