A friend dared me to get to a minty apple hardcandy.
This is my trial.
Why kiwi? Not that it’s not a good pair with the apple profile. It’s just that CAP kiwi always reminded me more of a pear then a kiwi. In this mix it works that way, to soften a bit the Fuji. If you don’t have (cause it’s not much used), 1% marshmallow worked well and made it fluffiest.
I didn’t put it, cause the challenge was making only fruit and mint.
Hope you MintAddicted enjoy this one!
Lots of love and flavor <3
Taking some inspiration from various Asian fruits and floral notes, I think I may have found my new all day vape. I saw TFA Cherry Blossom and wanted to see how to work that ingredient in a recipe for a nice, sweet floral note. I feel it plays well with the other ingredients.
The overall profile initially has an interesting smoky fruit/floral note on the inhale, the exhale focuses more on the citrusy side with more focus coming through on the WF Starfruit. FA Fuji. and CAP Kiwi. FA Mandarin helps bring a citrus note to the overall profile and FA Lychee adds more of a little juicy mouth-feel imo. Off the bat, it may be a little harsh on the throat, but after a day or two, it really mellows out.
Hope you guys enjoy and comments would be appreciated!
What would Summer be without Watermelon? Watermelon just seems to take us all back to our childhood memories of July 4th BBQ's and fireworks.
Watermelon; that crisp, refreshing sweetness of summer that we all enjoy. Whether you enjoy putting salt on it or eat it without, it's that part of Summer we all look forward to.
Watermelon as a flavoring generally seems to deliver a sweet candied watermelon or a more authentic mildly sweet watermelon. I'm not a big fan of candy vapes, so I decided to create a more authentic watermelon profile. I have only made 1 other watermelon profile and to be honest, was not that pleased with the result and the fact that I only have 2 watermelon flavors, TPA Watermelon and LA Watermelon, I felt I had to choose from the lesser of two evils when it came to these flavors. However, the result is quite nice.
I chose to use this over LA watermelon because the LA watermelon seemed to be more of an artificial candy watermelon. TPA seemed to be the best choice as the base to this recipe.
I nice subtle, not tart, apple to build a crispness into the watermelon base
Kiwi at 1% seems to add brightness to this recipe without overtaking the watermelon.
LA Cotton Candy
I had considered using CAP Super Sweet but thought that cotton candy (Ethyl Maltol) would be a bit better in that SS seems to make the over-all juice sweet and EM seems to just make the fruits sweeter and that was what I was going for.
The end result, a crisp, refreshing summer vape. I suggest letting it steep for just a couple days to get the best flavor from this recipe. Enjoy :)
Nay-Ked! This is a departure from my normal bakery and cream recipes. Some times you just got to get away from the same-old same-old. I've been wanting a juice to take me to another place,... a secluded island in a distant land. This recipe strips away all the heavy bakeries, creams, and sweeteners to just enjoy a great "tropical fruit" vape on a secluded nude beach somewhere in the Pacific(I wish). It's quite hard to explain but I will try.
Top note: FA Orange and FA Lemon Sicily not to over-powering though
Middle note: CAP Golden Pineapple and CAP Kiwi
End note or bottom note: FA Lemon Sicily and INW Cactus. It has a slight floral note but not so much that it gets in the way of the other flavors. I don't like most floral notes in juices but this sits well with this juice.
Nice refreshing vape for a change of pace.
5 days steep for best results but can be a shake and vape
Please comment, mix, and or rate,...it make us all better mixers. Enjoy :)
