Bitter and dry dark chocolate
Complex top note chocolate flavor. Bitter and very dry. Similar to 60-40 dark chocolate bar. Slight hints of creaminess, but generally overpowered by the dryness. Slight hints of mocha after a full steep. Very powerful flavoring. Not very forgiving when used at too high of a percentage or paired wrong.
Pairs well with other creams. Bakery treats requiring a dark chocolate like tiramisu. Mocha flavored drinks. For a more full-bodied and well rounded chocolate, pair with lighter and creamier chocolates like TFA Double Chocolate (Clear)
