The strawberries work perfect in combination with the Tangerine and don't overpower but enhance the Tangerine Flavor. Added the lemon Sicily to give a nice sweet and sour note to the recipe. The black currant adds a bit of tart. Mixed at 60/40 Steep 2-3 day.
