In Germany, Berliner are more common than donuts. This is my version. The base was developed by SteveTC. I have replaced the Zeppola with the FA Doughnut Crispy. Now the liquid tastes more like a Berliner. You are welcome to use another fruit. I would be happy about other recipes with this base.
