I just tasted a bottle of this that I made four months ago, and, oh, my god, it's delicious. The raspberry isn't floral at all, just juicy, bright, and smothered in light, sweet, creamy goodness. Exquisite!
This recipe is a great blend of raspberries whipped in custard. The addition of FA cream fresh makes the custard seem rather light which gives the meringue a boost in flavor and adds to the raspberries.
