A little something for valentines day coming up. A chocolate cupcake with strawberry jam filling. The chocolate and strawberry are the main notes of this recipe with a nice cakey back note. Australian chocolate is extremely strong to me so I only used a little. Strawberry Ripe and Sweet Strawberry make a delicious fresh strawberry, combined with the Strawberry Shisha make up a great jammy strawberry.
Sweeten to taste.
