I love 24k by ConcreteRiver because it's a very complex yet simple "build it yourself" mix. It's great as is but since it was a contest entry with restrictions, I decided to tinker with the top notes a bit. The overripe aspect plays really well with brighter top notes like Cranberry. It turns it almost into a combination of granny smith/golden delicious/red delicious. Very authentic apple taste. No candy here.
This recipe is an Exotic chewy candy recipe
Made on Live Mixing

FA Kiwi for a nice authentic kiwi along with TPA Quince to make the fruit on top juicy
LB Vanilla bean ice cream for the cream layer the fruit lays on
Cap super sweet at .50% adds a perfect amount of sweetness.. Feel free to omit if your not a sweetener person
In the United States, some non-alcoholic carbonated juices are sold as spritzers. The same type of carbonated juice (actually made with juice and carbonated mineral water) is known in Germany as Saftschorle or Fruchtschorle. (Both short for rarely used Fruchtsaftschorle.) Particularly Apfelschorle (apple juice spritzer) is one of the most popular soft drinks in Germany. In Austria Apfelschorle is called Apfelsaft g'spritzt. ... g'spritzt can be combined with every juice, e.g. Orangensaft g'spritzt or Pago/Cappy g'spritzt (producers of juices).
I created this for the DMC cinnamon challenge, but this recipe is delicious with or with out the cinnamon. This is a bright juicy pear coated with a creamy butterscotch, caramel, and cinnamon. Enjoy
The pear is comprised with the FA pear for the juiciness, the INW pear for the bite and texture, and the TPA quince to make it pop. The coating is created by the FLV butterscotch teamed with the DC and rich cinnamon.
To me, if a Pear and an Apple had a baby, it's name would be Quince. TFA Did a really good job of nailing this fruity profile down. It's got that really soft pear sweetness, and a bit of brightness that you'd expect from an apple to really bring it to the front. Because of this, it sweetens a fruity profile wonderfully. This concentrate is VERY strong, very noticeable even when used at 0.25%. It can also easily overtake a mix, so you'll typically want to use a light touch when mixing with it.
