I bought a bunch of grapefruits 6+ months to make Terrorhawk but never could find the Jasmine. So i started playing around with the grapefruit combo and came up with this. Not real sure how to describe it guess closed thing be a passionfruit/grapefruit vanilla cream. Add sweetener if you don’t find it sweet enough for your liking
Peach, orange and grapefruit. Based this off of an OG POG but didn’t want to use passionfruit so i used peach instead. Add the Bavarian cream to help smooth everything over peaches and citrus's both then to be a little harsh. Taste fine off the shake but needs to steep for 3-5 days so everything can settle down.
My husband loves the grapefruit gummy candies from Eddie's World, so I am doing my best to replicate them. They come in both pink and white grapefruit options, both are good, so this recipe will probably end up somewhere between the two flavors. It actually turned out pretty well and he loves it.
CAP Jelly candy was the choice for texture and base.
VTA Sugar Cane was used for the natural taste of the granular sugar coating, but I kept it low to avoid any carmelized taste.
CAP Grapefruit makes up the main sweeter part of the grapefruit profile, and I used IN White grapefruit to provide the zesty higher notes.
NN Citric Acid added the perfect amount of tartness, without being bitter.
I sweetened with equal parts of NN Stevia and NN Monk Fruit Extract. Feel free to sub the 2 of those with a sweetener of your choice, but this recipe does need sweetener to be a candy.
Mixed at 70VG, SNV, but better the next day.
I got back into fruits thanks to an old bottle of Bombies Cold Press I found, so i initially dove into citrus. This is the result. Terrorhawk is awesome, and was an inspiration for this, but I enjoy this much more. It's a sweet, floral grapefruit backed up with some dark berries.
FLV Pink Guava - Not much to say, it's an awesome grapefruit. Very sweet, almost sticky, I needed the brighter, more realistic grapefruit notes.
FLV Lychee - This stuff is great. I enjoy it at 1% on it's own or with a little WS-23. Very sweet lychee, more of a syrup.
INW White Grapefruit - If you've never tried this solo do it. It is intensely floral, concentrated grapefruit pith. So, so good. It's super potent, so .25 brings that bitter pith I wanted for the grapefruit.
FA Forest Mix - An easy choice for berries. Good on it's own, here it blends into and mellows the sharpness of the citrus.
FA Sicilian Mix - Another one I would vape solo. A very good mix of lemon, lime, and syrupy orange. Not too tart, but pushes the citrus further.
FW Ruby Red Grapefruit - A Pretty accurate grapefruit juice. Dry and bright, with a little pith bitterness. I really like this stuff, and here it rounds out out our grapefruit, bringing it more into candy / juice territory rather than an accurate grapefruit.
TPA Honeysuckle - I wanted more floral but more INW White Grapefruit could be lethal, so in comes Honeysuckle. Lightly floral, sweet, and wet.
WS-23 - This can obviously be increased to taste. The goal here was to have the mix chilled, not cold. Any higher and it was muting top notes for me.
INW Cactus - This adds just a touch of that cactus 'wtf is that' and some wet. I think it adds a little complexity that was missing without it.
FA Lime Tahity Cold Pressed - I wanted to push the sharpness of the citrus even further, and was having a hard time doing it until a reddit conversation gave me the little light over my head. This stuff is intense, and I'd say pretty floral. I love it. Too much and it will choke you out though.
The Burninator because it will punch you in your little bitch throat. I enjoy the harshness of the citrus fresh, but if you want to avoid that i'd give it a week or more.
This is a citrusy and floral fruit cocktail with Grapefruit, Peach, Hibiscus, and Passion fruit.

THE GREAT GRAPEFRUIT -> http://diyordievaping.com/2017/05/22/the-great-grapefruit/
The Grapefruit is a great idea. Only one problem; the taste. The Oro Blanco is a grapefruit hybrid. A cross between a traditional white grapefruit and a pomelo. It has none of the qualities of traditional red-fleshed grapefruit that make you cringe when someone mentions it. It has almost none of the bitterness you would expect, and it's mildly sweet with nice citrus notes. I often had these for breakfast as a kid before hopping on the bus, but it's a fruit I just kind of forgot about as I got older. I chose this because for the most part grapefruit is generally hated and I sought to change that idea.
Inw White Grapefruit was the obvious choice here as it's the only grapefruit flavoring that isn't overly bitter and has a very mild sweetness.
FW Blood Orange was the backing citrus note that this mix needed as it imparts the orange note without tasting like bitter zest.
FA Lime Tahity(cold pressed) takes the brightness to another level and really makes the two fruits come alive.
Sometimes to get inspiration, I like to blindly grab three flavors from my shelves and, no matter what they are, see if I can make a decent recipe from them. 90% of the time, I grab some truly awful shit that never works out. However, I got lucky with this one. This was a first attempt just based on familiarity with the flavors, and it was so unique that I felt nothing needed tweaking.
The overall profile is just a bright fruit drink mix that still retains that separation that I love; each flavor is easily recognizable without being too obvious. HS Blueberry and INW White Grapefruit at these percentages sort of "fight" with one another to hold the spotlight in an interesting way. HS Blueberry gives us a syrupy, artificial blueberry flavor that pairs nicely with the bright, slightly acidic INW White Grapefruit. FLV Lime is pretty much Lime Kool-Aid, and gives us a playful note to keep everything interesting.
I'll admit that I mostly just wanted to squeeze in one more recipe this year so you guys don't think I'm dead.....and maybe fuck with CokeCan a bit for calling out all my friends. But this is probably one of the more unique profiles I've made. It's good as a shake and vape, but really settles in around the 2 day mark.
I've been trying to figure out a recipe I liked using INW White Grapefruit and this is the result. The flavor profile is a nice grapefruit followed by the vanilla which gives a nice glaze over the pomegranate and a general tropical end.
INW White Grapefruit: This is the main note of the recipe. I use this at 1% as it is a strong flavoring and is quite smooth. I really like this flavoring a lot but took awhile to figure out what to pair it with. This gives the inhale a really good grapefruit taste.
INW Shisha Vanilla: My favorite vanilla flavoring by far, this gives a nice sweet glaze of vanilla over the fruit notes. At first I used 1% but felt it wasn't enough but 1.5% seems to work for what I want it to do in this recipe.
FA Pomegranate/TFA Pomegranate: This is something I've been doing with pomegranate in general is using both of these flavorings together to accentuate each other. What I find is FA at 1% and TFA at 3% gives me a very nice pomegranate that sits behind the grapefruit, in front of the tropical notes and right under the vanilla.
TFA Dragonfruit: At first this recipe was just the Grapefruit, Pomegranate and Vanilla and it got harsh on me quick. For this reason I decided to change some pace up and try adding in a bit of a tropical flavor to it and Dragonfruit does a great job with that. Since it has a similar profile as pineapple does and has a bit of a creamy note to it, this helps smooth out the recipe and adds in a nice tropical note.
FA Passionfruit: This was a wild guess. Upon flavor testing this I noticed it had a nice sweet tropical fruit note that made sense to pair it with the dragonfruit and it works really well to make a tropical fruit profile that comes through at the end of the exhale.
FA Fuji: I use Fuji to tie up all the fruit flavors together and smooth it all into one nice flavor. Originally I used it at 1% but bumped it just a bit to 1.5% for a little extra help.
Overall a nice clean Grapefruit, Pomegranate and Tropical Fruit vape with a nice vanilla shine. Shake and Vape, I mix at 80vg/20pg personally but you do you baby.
