How does only 1 percent of flavor concentrate deliver this much flavor?
This is "The Chosen One"
Over the years I have been mixing I have come to undertsand that there isn't a percentage rule as such when it comes to DIY eLiquid creation.
After seeing a peer release a "1 percenter" recipe recently I was inspired to try my luck at one my self.
I began with the thought of trying to chase a basic Strawberries and cream and as usual got side tracked as a picture went past my eyes of a toffee dipped strawberry lol. So I "extra" challenged myself to bring that into this recipe as well.
This is how the micro evolution of how "The Chosen One" was created.
There is only one strawberry I know of that will work at this low %.
Flavorah Alpine Strawberry - IMO a maximum point is 0.2% and after a couple of days you get a nice wild strawberry flavor but past that point of 0.2% I get green dirt, but it works here well.
That Toffee is more like a toffee you would experience on a toffee apple. (no apple notes though).
Vape Train Hard Crack Toffee - is excellent in giving that glossy toffee mouthfeel & sweetness but it's temperamental and IMO only works this low for this application and does well.
The combination of Flavorah Sweet Coconut and Flavorah Sweet Cream not only helps this profile with a lovely creaminess but also helps with the body and textual mouthfeel of this overall vape. This is not coconut heavy at all rather it contrasts the texture of the strawberry and helps the creaminess here very well.
You could add sweetener if you like but I enjoy the sweet authenticity of the strawberry in this and don't want to risk muting out the cream.
A lovely efficient recipe, so simple yet so complex in flavor at only just a total of 1% of flavoring.
Steep time 3 days (ok off the shake)
Tested on a Wotofo Recurve RDA 0.2ohm Alien Single SST coil at 60w
I hope you enjoy this just as much as I enjoyed creating this recipe, but let me know what you thought in the comments below.
Seriously if you like a solid recipe that works give it a go!
Cheers for reading this far, now go and get mixing!

Smooth Moves (Tropical Smoothie)
Mmm… just one drag on my vaper, and I feel like I’m on a warm beach somewhere! This smoothie makes me FEEL like I’m somewhere on a tropical island. A man can dream, right?
If there was ever a smoothie vape that tasted like summer, this one is it for me. I’m calling it “tropical” because this smoothie mix is based on the wonderfully new flavour from Flavorah 'FLV Smoothie Base' and is packed with bold and flavourful fruits and a little sweet cream.
• FLV Smoothie Base, a slightly lemon-ish fruit smoothie base, a perfect base to start with as the main building block for this smoothie recipe.
• FLV Banana, fresh candy like taste at the early days of steep, once steeped out it grows to a fully ripe banana.
• FVL Blood Orange, a sweet orange with a slight flesh hint and some juiciness to it.
• FLV Honeydew, It's a great honeydew flavour with a sun ripe melon, very smooth and bold giving the recipe a light with a soft rind aroma. Perfect in this mix.
• FLV Jackfruit, has ripe melon-like notes with a tropical punch baseline, it taste like a pineapple without been a pineapple.
• FLV Sweet Cream, milky with a hint of coconut milk, a milk note that perfectly adds creaminess to the whole recipe. The cream will bring out the smoothie taste even more.
• FLV Wild Melon, a candy-like melon flavour with a tropical pallet, perfectly for this recipe, use in small quantities because its a strong aroma!
• FLV Sweetness, is a flavourless sweetness enhancer. It will not gunk coils like other sweeteners.
Steep: 4 to 7 day's to blend the aromas, 14 day's or more and it just get smoother and seems to change into a fuller and smoother and rich smoothie.
Been on the shelf for almost 2 months, no degradation in taste.
Start your day by vaping this delicious tropical smoothie mix.
This is my al-day vape for weeks now, really wanted to share this.
That, my friends, is a truly magical cookie. The tobaccos infuses very well the with the toasted hazelnuts, adding that nice nutty flavor and brings that milky and creamy flavor out in this mix as well. The oats keep the texture soft and on point, and the dough itself bakes up chewy and buttery, with just a little crunch around the edges and blend perfectly.
These cookies are a fun, decadent treat for anyone who loves cookies…or nutty chocolate or cream…or tobacco…so basically, anyone :)
Time for me to finish my thesis…you go enjoy some cookies!!
Perfect after 2/3 weeks
Inspired by the classic Apple Buttah from Goldfish18.
SnV certified - seriously, the fresher this juice is the better! Mix this up, give it a good shake and fill or drip to your hearts content!
Cake batter, Pudding base, Pound cake, Funnel cake & Pie crust - this provides a wonderful base of cake batter-y goodness! CAP cake batter is truly glorious, as I was trying to bring out the silky batter side of the flavour VT’s pudding base seemed like it would be a good companion. Oh boy was it a good choice! It really amplifies the vanilla/pudding aspects of the recipe. Pound cake “firms up” the cake side of it, whilst funnel cake adds a bit of a deep fried tinge. Pie crust adds a slight buttery/pastry note for a bit more depth.
Meringue, Dairy milk, Sweet cream - playing again on the cake batter notes of the recipe, these 3 add a bit more of a moist, dairy edge which sets off the vanilla pudding aspects of the juice.
Apple pie filling, Fuji Apple - the Apple portion of the recipe! Apple pie filling is an interesting one, and pretty bang on for what it should be! The only problem is that it doesn’t quite have the Apple “bite” that I was looking for. This is where Fuji steps in! The combination of the two provides a deep, textured, no holds barred Apple pie filling that sits right on top of our batter base. Feel free to sub FA Fuji Apple for CAP Fuji Apple here @ the same percentage!
Super sweet - sweeten to taste, I find 0.25% to be the sweet spot for this recipe though!
This recipe is for The Year of Mixing week -42 inspiration.
This is a blend of berry notes with a touch of citrus intertwined, softened by a gentle cream and sweet coconut flavors. The Candy Wizard is used to sweeten and add a jammy richness, while balanced with the sour notes of Sour Wizard, and everything is softly smoothed with a bit of TFA Smooth.
This works well as a shake and vape recipe, but if you find it a touch harsh shake and vape, add up to 1% TFA Smooth to calm down the harsh notes as long as you don't plan to steep it. If you are going to steep for the 2 weeks it needs to be fully steeped leave the smooth levels as is in the recipe. I do also suggest adding (if you enjoy it) 0.75% FA Arctic Winter (Menthol) and 0.2% WS-23 to this mix. It adds a lovely element to it that I quite enjoy. If you do not like menthol or Cooling you can leave one or both out if you dislike them.
For the bottom part: Used FLV Sweet Dough and FLV Cinnamon Crunch with a pinch of FLV Cupcake Batter to soften and moisten the bottom layer. The cinnamon notes give this vape that Christmas spices you wished it was Christmas already.
Filling: FLV Cranberry, FLV NY Cheesecake, and FLV Marshmallow to create the cheesecake filling, light and fluffy.
I used FLV Sweet Cream and FLV Frosting for the top layer, just to add a light creamy vanilla and candied touch to this recipe.
*I added for myself some FLV Sweetness @1%, I like sweet desserts, intentionally left it out of this recipe so you could have a choice yourself.
The FLV Cranberry, a sweet, ocean spray craisin like cranberry never get overhand in this mix, it just lingers in the background, reminding this is a Cranberry NY Cheesecake ;-)
Fancy something seasonal but not quite so heavy try this fruity, creamy Christmas cheesecake vape ? Try this well balanced and layered recipe.
Steep, best after 10 day's
This is hands down the best granola I’ve ever made.
The FLV Granola and Crunch Cereals ingredients actually make this granola stand out cause it tastes like granola. Every layer has a different seasoning/spice/texture. This mix is awesome. The Cranberry/Fig flavored granola topped with the thicker texture and tangier flavor from Greek Yogurt. Sweetened with Honey Bee, this granola is so good, I plan on making another batch of it tonight.
