Smooth Moves (Tropical Smoothie)
Mmm… just one drag on my vaper, and I feel like I’m on a warm beach somewhere! This smoothie makes me FEEL like I’m somewhere on a tropical island. A man can dream, right?
If there was ever a smoothie vape that tasted like summer, this one is it for me. I’m calling it “tropical” because this smoothie mix is based on the wonderfully new flavour from Flavorah 'FLV Smoothie Base' and is packed with bold and flavourful fruits and a little sweet cream.
• FLV Smoothie Base, a slightly lemon-ish fruit smoothie base, a perfect base to start with as the main building block for this smoothie recipe.
• FLV Banana, fresh candy like taste at the early days of steep, once steeped out it grows to a fully ripe banana.
• FVL Blood Orange, a sweet orange with a slight flesh hint and some juiciness to it.
• FLV Honeydew, It's a great honeydew flavour with a sun ripe melon, very smooth and bold giving the recipe a light with a soft rind aroma. Perfect in this mix.
• FLV Jackfruit, has ripe melon-like notes with a tropical punch baseline, it taste like a pineapple without been a pineapple.
• FLV Sweet Cream, milky with a hint of coconut milk, a milk note that perfectly adds creaminess to the whole recipe. The cream will bring out the smoothie taste even more.
• FLV Wild Melon, a candy-like melon flavour with a tropical pallet, perfectly for this recipe, use in small quantities because its a strong aroma!
• FLV Sweetness, is a flavourless sweetness enhancer. It will not gunk coils like other sweeteners.
Steep: 4 to 7 day's to blend the aromas, 14 day's or more and it just get smoother and seems to change into a fuller and smoother and rich smoothie.
Been on the shelf for almost 2 months, no degradation in taste.
Start your day by vaping this delicious tropical smoothie mix.
This is my al-day vape for weeks now, really wanted to share this.
This recipe is like a hybrid juice, remove the 'WS-23' part and you get a gorgeous refreshing Piña Colada. Either way, you won't be disappointed.
FLV Jackfruit and VTA Sugarloaf Pineapple combined gives the most natural pineapple vaping experience I ever tasted.
No Pina Colada without rum, the SA White Rum used is perfect for this recipe as it is a soft tasting rum if used with the right % it adds a perfect boozy taste a pineapple recipe deserves.
I was planning to use VTA Light Rum but my supplier still not carries it or was not available on the creation date of this recipe.
VTA Light Rum, even so, I never tasted it, but seeing the reviews about it I can safely say that it can be subbed for the Solubarome Rum at the same %
FLV Sweet Coconut added for a background tropical sense.
The real secret for this juicy tropical combination is FA Candy/Jammy Wizard, it serves as the glue for the other ingredients softens the mix and gives that candy sweet sensation you would expect from a first-class cocktail.
WS-23 is used to get this Pineapple Rum a slush sensation.
As a sweet tooth, I added some CAP Super Sweet to round this off, this can be omitted at will.
Short steep time off 3 days, but if you are willing to wait till the 10-day mark, (FLV Sweet Coconut needs more days than the other ingredients to develop) this Pineapple Rum Slush/Piña Colada get even better.
A bright, smooth and sweet tropical jelly bean. At the top Jackfruit "Langka" and Guanabana "Guyabano" (FLV) create a smooth & lightly creamy tropical blend. Combined, these flavors are an amalgamation of a smooth honeydew/canary melon, citrus pineapple, and a ripe soft apple with a hint of banana. The Ripe Banana (FR) fortifies the subtle banana note found in both these flavors; intensifying the creaminess and also softening the sharper citrus notes.
These 3 tropical flavors blend nicely into the Candy Base (VG RF); which is a sweet, smooth & syrupy jelly bean - like flavor. Complete with a noticeable warm confectioner sugar note and mild waxiness.

A bright, hoppy pineapple with hints of pink grapefruit.
FLV Pineapple is a super clean, straight forward pineapple flavor. Accented by the FLV Jackfruit you get a little more juiciness and some super ripe fruit forward. This helps to balance the hops at such a high %. Hints of grapefruit provided by the always lovely FLV Pink Guava.
Creamy creme brulee in a hollowed out pineapple. Now that sounds good. So I made it in vape form or at liest what I think it should taste like because I haven't ever eaten this delectable dessert. Enjoy!! This is a recipe that needs to steep. Without it it won't taste right. I suggest a 7 day steep but I do think the ends justify the means this is worth vaping... I used real flavors creme brulee super concentrate it wasn't an option though. If you don't have Jack fruit just boost the pineapple a half a percent.
I know it might seem like low amounts for the FLV flavors, however, when compared to the flavor of the CAP Yellow Cake, if they are much higher they would overpower the cake and there would be no perception of it whatsoever. I did try an exact version of this with 3% JF Yellow Cake (all the rest of the recipe exactly the same) however I did not feel that JF yellow cake quite hit the mark on replicating the aromas experienced when actually eating a piece of pineapple upside down cake. Cap yellow cake is a little more bland of a flavor which represents the actual cake part which is not the main aroma of the experience of eating the real food. In experiencing the real food the pineapple and the glaze is really the star of the show, the cake playing back up to that (pretty much just the vehicle to get the pineapple and glaze to your mouth) and the cherries dance just along the edge of perception adding a slight sweet twinge of their almondy, vanilla, cherry notes mingled in with the overwhelming pineapple.
In previous attempts I have tried using both butterscotch and caramel coupled with the liquid amber in order to create the glaze effect, but it wasn't until I got the INW Creme Brulee did I find the perfect match for that sweet glazed taste. The Creme Brulee is caramely just enough to add the baked effect, but also slightly creamy to not overwhelm the mix with too much caramel.
I used FLV Sweetness as it is the only sweetener I can vape. If you are partial to sucralose as a sweetener and want to have this recipe a bit sweeter, my suggestions on amounts of the different sweetener brands are as follows: 1.75% TFA Sweetener (for mildly sweetened) 3% (for significant sweetness.) - 1% FW Sweetener - or 0.75% CAP Super Sweet. I prefer the FLV Sweetness as it doesn't over sweeten the juice but provides just enough sweetness to mimic the glaze and cooked pineapple.
