My take on Chef's Mexican Fried Ice Cream

A sweet vanilla ice-cream inhale and a cereal exhale with hints of cinnamon & almond, bringing all the flavours together with the added taste of coconut.

It's not exactly the same as the original but it's close. If you love that, you will love this one too. If you sub the rich cinnamon for flv cinnamon crunch at .3% and bump the AP a little bit it will be closer to the original. But I prefer it this way 😉
Ideal to bridge the period when Chef's one is out of stock. (which happens sometimes because it is so good and popular)

If you like this recipe, you should give Chef's one a try as well, you can find the oneshot over here

I found the profile for Moon milk on a food recipe site and decided it would make a great vape. The flavors go wonderfully together! The cherry is the top note with a lovely almond and creamy Honey rose flavor. I vaped it right after mixing and it's delicious!!

I normally don't add sweetener to my mix and I feel this one is fairly sweet enough without any. I do think this one is great as is but, would taste great with a touch of tartness added

I can't wait to see what this one does as it steeps! ill be back for an update.

updates:
sitting overnight: The cherry is tasting more like a slightly toasted milky cherry, rose with cream and vanilla. wow it's very lovely and totally worth it!
give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

A realy thick creamy custard whith an island feel. steep time min. 2 weeks. add sweetnes to taste

"Just Cookie"
At 7 days, this is an amazing crunchy cookie with frosting & a nice toasted almond back note.

Best at 70% VG.

6/17/18 - Mixin Vixens Show - Our inspiration was a milkshake with what looked like toasted shaved coconut and toasted thinly sliced toasted almond. I went for a butter pecan milkshake with a strong vanilla base, sprinkled with a topping of a caramel note that is brought in with the toasted marshmallow and butter pecan flavors, and a drizzle of chocolate that comes in at the end of the exhale and lingers a bit much like chocolate syrup does.

Profile: Nutbar covered with chocolate and salted caramel.

TPA Bavarian Cream - A must for the arsenal of flavors of all mixers. In this recipe adds some creaminess and binds with the nuts so they do not get so dry.
FA Hazel Grove (hazelnut) - Pure hazelnut and super concentrated. Add realism to the Hazelnut itself.
FW Hazelnut - A very versatile hazelnut that can be applied to various profiles. Upping the percentage brings notes of chocolate.
FLV Pistachio - A pistachio balanced both in body and texture. The skin is present in this flavor such as TPA Pistachio. Incredibly strong and real.
CAP Toasted Almond - Generic almond like the ones we buy at supermarkets. Not much toast but a noticeable note.
TPA Whipped Cream - Recipe emulsifier. Creates a bond between the nuts and the caramel.
FW Salted Caramel - Caramel that is not salty as the name says but simulates the characteristic flavor of salty caramel. That note of caramel that as it took salt has a distinct aroma, different than just caramel made of sugar.
FLV Chocolate Deutsch - Creamy and melted chocolate from the cakes. It is the best possible description for this flavor. Super concentrated too. 1 DROP IS ENOUGH! Together with FW Hazelnut, it brings notes of melted chocolate to the profile.

Steep: Between 5 to 7 days for the chocolate to calm down and the caramel to be wrapped with the nuts.

I know this is a busy recipe and trust me I tried to simplify it but I just did not get my intended result with less ingredients.

To me the picture represents a healthy version of a rice crispy treat. To make the HoneyO's part I chose a combination of TFA honey circles because it has an delicate honey and Cheerio note, and accented the wheat notes with some FA Breakfast cereal. The picture has what looks like nuts cranberries and some other berry. For theruit note I used a combination of FLV cranberry and FLV boysenberry and pushed the red berry note with a little FA Raspberry. Cap toasted almond and Kinako Soy for the nut in lieu of peanuts because i find that peanut butter extracts can easily overpower and add a cream note that I was trying to avoid. Please note that it is important to use Cap Toasted almond because TFA version would be a bit too dry for this and a little more bitter. I used marzipan as an accent to the almond and as a sweetening agent for the cereal. Vanilla swirl and meringue stand in as the marshmallow and honey for two reason. First off Honey to me has a terrible outer vapor odor that I do not enjoy and would be hard to balance in a short amount of time without a long steep and because in an actual cereal treat you wouldn’t actually taste the marshmallow but rather it’s used to keep the cereal together with its sugary goodness. FLV Sweet dough provides some brown sugar, caramel and gooey notes in the recipe, and acts as a binder between the cereal and the creams.

Sweetener Recommendation: Brown Sugar instead of any other sweetener because it simply works in this. But If you have an extreme sweet tooth throw in some FW sweetener 1% lol

I was after that OG ice cream truck ice cream bar - with the almond cake shell and vanilla ice cream. I used WF frozen yogurt and FLV cream to achieve that ., WF almond cookie and toasted almond were perfect for the outer almond cake shell . I love FLV coconut so I added it here but it is not needed if you are not a coconut fan. The vanilla whipped cream was just for more volume and vanilla accent for this mix.

mixed up for mixing in the kitchen episode on yogurt https://youtu.be/JS7fE5ONxx8

If you like Jabane by Ohmboyz Drip City check this one out.

Jabane's description on their website
Burnished honey pistachio nougatine and almond meringue.
This unique Ancient treat of the God's will make you walk like an Egyptian.

Well that's exactly what this mix is.

Super sweet is optional.

I'm mixing for a few years now. Most of my mixes are based on premium juice profiles.
My recipes are remixes and not clones. In my attempts to remix these juices I'm always trying to make
it as good as, or even better than the commercial juice without the loads of sweetener these companies throw in.

Give it a try and enjoy ....................................
