This ice cream is inspired by Vietnamese style iced coffee, which is typically very strong coffee served over ice with sweetened condensed milk. Vietnamese Coffee is just slightly lighter then French roast , smooth and not acidic.
On inhale you get a light vanilla note that transitions to the coffee/ cinnamon and ends with touch of cardamon. it needs a week for the creams to really fill out and become a nice rich and creamy ice cream
Tested on a Reload RDA tested at 68 watts on a .16 alien coil

This ice cream is a custard styled ice cream - so @Freshepies quick custard base ( LB ice cream and FLV pudding) works ideally here.
The only condensed milk I have had any luck with is PUR - it just really works and worth picking up and helps fill in the middle of this mix
For the Coffee I wanted a darker roast that would hold up to all the creams and WF brazillian can do that - the Coffee liquor leans more to a coffee sryup and blends into the ice cream base. (Off the shake the coffee will be light but WF brazillian coffee tends to grow - so wait a week before you decided to tweak this mix to you preference)
Cardamon is used more in the middle east with coffee but a couple of recipes for Vietnamese coffee ice cream I saw on line included it, so decided to add it and I really like some of the contrast it providers to the darker coffee notes
OPTION: ADD WS 23 and sweetner to your taste - I wanted a touch more sweetener, as this leaned a bit on the savory side without it to me . I like a a little bit of cinnamon in my coffee - but not every one does so add the cinnamon brown sugar if it is your thing
This started with a picture and recipe provided by my friend Modivin in the DIY eJuice discord from BBC food recipes. We decided to make sweet rice the star as this is a rice pudding. The VT Yoghurt drink makes adds a citrus cream to the rice and the bavarian cream gives it some thickness and mouthfeel. Next up was the accents. Needed a hint of vanillar, pistachio and cinnamon so I used those recipes a bit low for what they offer.
My grandfather used to make a Millionaire Pie every year for Thanksgiving. He would make an extra one, just because we all loved it so much. He gave me his recipe many year ago. He began getting sick a few years ago, and so I started making the Millionaire Pie for holidays for the family at my family's request. He has since then passed away, and it has become something I make every year. Since he got sick, I have been trying to make this into a vape form, and this has gone through close to 100 iterations to try and make it "perfect". The problem is, it will never be perfect. This is the next iteration that I am making, and in light of Fresh03's Metal Mixing, and the song End of Heartache by Killswitch Engage, this is the first public iteration that I have released, and will release changes along the way as well. I will put notes below:
The Graham Cracker Crust: Pastry zest adds that little something that makes the authentic crust in a vape form. Graham Crust and Cinnamon Sugar make the graham cracker portion, giving a good flavor and slight texture.
Filling: I did a lot of layering here to try and get the filling balanced, I feel its getting there, but as always, I will think it needs something differet. The two condensed milks add a great balance, and make for the sweet condensed milk base. The whipped creams, FLV being a very authentic whipped cream taste with a good mouthfeel; CAP adds a hint of vanilla which plays well with everything, and adds a layer of whipped cream. The cream cheese icing adds more mouthfeel and depth, as well as the cream cheese taste which is also part of the base of the pie.
Filling "Toppings": FLV pineapple is slightly sharp, but sweet and I feel it mixes well in this. FW Butter pecan is a cream and sweet pecan, which lends a great pecan taste, the butter blending in with the rest of the creams. WF Roasted pecans and cream adds a hint of realness and the toasted pecan taste.
The mix is sweet as it is, you can put sweetener to taste. I like it sweet, and this is a very sweet dessert, so I add a touch of SS
This is a White Whale of mine, that I have been working on for too long. It will never be perfect, I can only hope to get it where I feel its "Acceptable". It will probably never be finished sadly.
Inspired by a The Mixing Vixens challenge.
When I was living in Puerto Rico I was introduced to a coconut pudding with cinnamon and toasted coconut called "Tembleque." This is a variation of that pudding topped with passionfruit.
The foundation is the WF Coconut Custard, but the Toasted Coconut Cheesecake brings out the custard and coconut flavor. A simple topping of Passion with just a touch of Cinnamon Sugar completes the recipe.
Although this tastes great off the shake, it improves with time.

This is a collaboration mix with @mlNikon . After trying Joker we both found that it would be ideal to try and build a funnel cake around . On the inhale you get that bright sweet powder sugar that transitions to that dark sweet fried dough with a brown sugar apple cinnamon finish and a light fried coating feeling that lingers. Tested on a reload S RDA with a .17 alien coil at 60 watts
Growing up we would go to upstate New York for vacation, always around the time of the dutches county fair. This is where I had my first funnel cake and every year there after . So needless to say I have eaten a few in my time .
In creating the fried dough with a a nice dark crisp outer edge of a funnel cake we found that Joker with a little bit of sweet dough worked. We tried several different options and by far this captured that mix of soft inside and crisp dark fried dough outside .
Adding some mouth feel and some additional accent notes apple filling and cinnamon sugar work well for that dark sweetness that is needed for a funnel cake
So anyone knows that the most important part of a funnel cake is the powder sugar . When applied to a warm funnel cake it almost becomes an icing. powder sugar and FW sweetner create that bright in your face, over the top sweet powder note.
So the one thing that was missing here was that lingering coating of grease after eating a funnel cake this is what golden butter does for this mix - just a touch believe it or not is enough to give that impression.
This is a Dominican recipe, and it smells terrible, but tastes good. It has that marvelous funk that is found in some tropical fruits, but none of the ingredients really stand out. If you don't like the funk, this recipe is not for you. I love that tropical funk and ended up going through my entire 15ml tester in one day. This might be interesting combined with a sweet cream, or condensed milk as is used in the original recipe.
The base of the recipe is the yam, but it is not a dominate flavor.
The top notes are provided by the fruits.
I chose the HS banana because I wanted a green banana to mimic the plantain in the original recipe, rather than a candy banana flavor.
The guava gives that tropical funk.
I wanted cinnamon, but wanted to keep it in the background, so I used CAP cinnamon sugar.
Tropical recipes frequently use sugar cane syrup as a sweetener, so I used VT sugar cane to add additional sweetness.
Here is the original recipe:
I have experimented with this at different wattage, and it seems best around 20 watts in a MTL device, much to my surprise.

Linzer cookies used to be one of my favorite after school snack from the bakery when I was a kid. Fresh wanted to have a trip down memory lane and this was what came to me.
WF Almond Cookie/CAP Sugar Cookie/CAP Cinnamon Sugar = Gives the nice brown almond buttery cookie. Sugar cookie is the buttery base, Almond Cookie is authentic and forward, so Cinnamon Sugar and works nicely here.
VT Raspberry Jam/INW Raspberry/FA JAmmy/Candy Wizzard = Pretty forward, the jam is dark and sweet, and INW Raspberry brightens it up nicely.
FA Meringue = For sweetness, texture, and that little powdered sugar on top.
And there you have it !
Enjoy, be queer & vape on !!
